Training programs will be addressed to the actors of the wild food value-chains, with especial attention to SMEs, smallholders, small food processing companies, entrepreneurs, especially young ones. The training program will focus mainly on the socio-economic aspects that can help the connection between the production and the end users, or in other words how the wild product flows into the value-chain and how it reaches the end user, which is willing to pay for it, and, at the same time, enhance quality and sustainability.
