A new training course on wild food production and marketing is now open and free. It is structured in several modules which different aspects of the wild food sector, such as sustainable production, market trends and legislative initiatives.
It is mainly addressed to students, but also open to everybody interested in these products. Participants may receive a certificate of achievement.
